I created a flipbook of a stick figure forming using six images.
I drew each image on a sheet of paper that had six boxes for each image. Within each box, there was an almost transparent grid consisted of 12 squares across and 5 squares down. I started with a head on the first picture. I also added one strand of hair on the head. In the second frame, I added the body and the second strand of hair. In the third frame, I added the left arm and the last strand of hair. In the fourth frame, I added the right arm. In the fifth and sixth frame, I added the left and right leg, respectively. I drew grass on each image for a background. I tried to draw each image in the same position by lifting the paper up into the light and traced lightly in case I made a mistake. After I finished coloring and drawing, I scanned the picture into my computer. I opened up photoshop and used the magic wand tool to delete the grid from the background and erased the dashed lines that were bordered around the boxes. After doing that to each image, I saved and imported them into windows movies maker. Then, I adjusted the timing on each image on the timeline so the animation wouldn't be too fast or too slow. When I was comfortable with the timing, I published the file to my computer and saved it. After the file finsished rendering, it successfully played on windows media player.
